Vinay Ganga has years of experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. Prior to founding Curve Cap, he was the co-founder of Origo Sino-India PLC and Origo Resource Partners, both of which are AIM listed investment vehicles pursuing investments in India and China. He served until recently as a Corporate Finance Partner at leading international law firms including Stephenson Harwood, Reed Smith and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Vinay was at the forefront of the China and India practices of these firms. He has more than 15 years of experience representing Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-market companies and financial institutions in India, China and Africa on a variety of Corporate Finance (both public and private equity) and Project Finance matters. His multinational clients include Pilkington PLC, Abbot Labs, Dana Corp, TIW (now Vodafone), Hero Honda Group, Apollo hospitals, Bharati Tele-Ventures, BPL India, Reliance Industries and North American Coal Corp. His financial institution clients include N.M. Rothschilds & Sons, Starwood Capital, ABN Amro Bank, SBI Caps, Bank of America, CITICORP, JP Morgan Chase and CIBC Oppenheimer. Vinay has advised several companies on their London and New York listings. He is a Felix Scholar from Rhodes Scholarship Trust and studied Law at the University of Oxford. Vinay is also the Managing Trustee of a charitable trust called Thadhaghatha Trust that is formed to build and run orphanages, old age homes and meditation centers.
