OUR BUSINESS

We do investments, provide strategy/advice and help set up and manage funds. Our focus markets are India, China and Africa. We work in all sectors so long as the entrepreneur and the opportunity stand out.

Investments We take a principal position and make proprietary investments on our balance sheet, take sweat equity positions and syndicate our investments, where appropriate, to a select group of investors. Our select group of investors control/manage more than $500 billion in assets.

STRATEGY/ADVICE We believe that the right "strategy" can make most businesses flourish. We also believe that timing is everything in business. We take pride in our portfolio companies and add value through bringing the right strategy to make the entrepreneur a sure winner. Our strategy involves transaction management, enabling local and global growth, managing IPOs and M&As, positioning in the market, strategic partnering, further fund raising and finding the right management team among other things.
